Mission
JOB PURPOSE:
The Performance Analyst is part of the performance management team who is responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of the company performance. He/she must build good working relationships with all directorates, employees, customers, and stakeholders.
Profile
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:-
• Analyze data results using analytics, research methodologies, root causes analysis.
• Develop and implement data analyses, leverage data collection systems and other strategies that optimised RDMC performance vision.
• Prepare, analyze, and summarize various weekly, monthly, and periodic operational results for use by various key stakeholders, creating reports, specifications, instructions, and flowcharts.
• Improve, execute, and effectively communicate significant analyses that identify meaningful trends and opportunities across RDMC activities.
• Participate in regular meetings with management, assessing and addressing issues to identify and implement improvements toward efficient operations.
• Provide strong and timely dashboard analysis, performance synthetics reports, analysis reports, etc.
• Develop actionable roadmaps for improving workflows and processes and establish and organize KPIs in line with internal and external stakes.
• Comply with all contractual and internal requirements.
• Be able to carry out a continuous improvement activities aligned with management system.
• Carry other duties and responsibilities might be assigned.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:-
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred or equivalent degree.
KNOWLEDGE:
• Ability to understand and interpret complex systems and learn new software-based applications.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Database, Python).
• Proficiency in data analysis BI tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI).
• Knowledge of Data modelling techniques.
• Knowledge of analytic methods.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 2 years experiences in analysis & performance improvement activities.
• Working knowledge of statistical and numerical analysis and technique
• Rail Transportation industry Sector Knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to deal with complex matrix organization and multiple interfaces.
• Demonstrated experience in performance management activities.
