Mission

JOB PURPOSE:-

• Insure the continuous Electrical Supply to all Loads (Trains, Lighting, A/C, Escalators, …)

• Troubleshoot the Faults, ensuring supply continuity.

• Control and follow the evolution of equipment failure.

• Based on the workload defined by the maintenance supervisor, organize the distribution within the team, according to human and material resources.

• Be a support, a technical reference for the team.

Profile

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:-

• Check the veracity of the report and note the failure.

• Research and analyze information and history related to the incident and make assumptions.

• Precisely diagnose the fault.

• Carry out troubleshooting actions and validations.

• Perform tests and verifications.

• Inform and transfer know-how.

• Maintain and manage the tools and the spare parts.

• Manage completion times.

• Organize the workspace logistics.

• Control the quality of the work carried out, compliance with Quality Assurance procedures and contribute to traceability.

• Collect and transmit information.

• Integrate and train newcomers, interns.

• Prevent and manage potentially conflictual situations. 

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:-

QUALIFICATIONS:-

• Diploma in electrical field.

• Higher Study is a plus.

• Electricity, mechanics, electronics

• Troubleshooting methods.

• Reading of Single Line Diagrams and plans.

• Basic safety rules (Electrical).

• Use of measuring devices.

• Use testing devices.

• General principles of maintenance.

• General principles of Protection (Voltage relays, CT, VT, …)

• Dealing with Medium Voltage, Low Voltage equipment.

• Dealing with Transformers, Circuit Breakers, UPS, Batteries, PLC, Control Panels, Cables, …

• Dealing With DC equipment (CB, Rectifiers, Protection, …).

• Good in using Computer and basic programs (Microsoft Office).

• Driving License is a plus.

EXPERIENCE:-

• At least 5 years in the electrical maintenance environment (2 years in the field of substations).

• Experience in Railway industry is a plus.
