JOB PURPOSE:

To overview all Maintenance Activities related to the Job Description.

Lead the Maintenance Team for the Buildings and Facilities in Cairo Metro Line 3.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:-

• Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance

• Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.)

• Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance

• Monitor inventory of materials and equipment

• Prepare maintenance schedules and allocate work

• To ensure all environmental and safety rules are respected and alert Executive Maintenance of any environmental and safety issue.

• To undertake any other duties as assigned.

• Manage resources of maintenance activities.

• Comply with maintenance and safety standards and regulations. 

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor degree (Mechanical engineering).

KNOWLEDGE:

• General technical knowledge.

• Team Management.

• Railway knowledge (Optional).

• EAM such Maximo.

EXPERIENCE:

• Spent at minimum 5 years in the maintenance environment and project.

• Have an experience in the change management culture

• Have an experience in the improvement methods and quality DESIRED BEHAVIORS

• Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, heating etc.)

• Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations
