CMMS Associate Engineer
Mission
The CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) Associate Engineer, will administer, manage, support, configure and develop new functionalities in the CMMS and data related systems for RDMC (Green Line 3 and LRT).
He will ensure that there is an appropriate support process across the CMMS systems including the hardware and integration boundaries. He will support the business to achieve the best out of the systems and ensure reliability. He will develop improvement and automation to support the business needs and automate and simplify the maintenance processes.Profile
• Manage & administer CMMS solutions as well as other applications related to maintenance of the Metro line and LRT.
• Performing analysis on software application functionality and suggesting improvements.
• Provide technical support and synchronize activities between team members.
• React to High Severity issues technical situation that requires immediate attention.
• Develop and maintain interfaces between different systems and the CMMS systems.
• Work with multiple teams (external / internal) for successful resolution of issues and incidents.
• Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of data in all the systems and the data lake.
• Support the business teams to acquire and manage external and internal data.
• Deliver specifications using agreed standards and tools, to achieve a well-engineered result.
• Meet business needs and objectives Root Cause Analysis and design of process improvements effectively and efficiently.
• Document and keep up to date the installation manuals and configurations state of the CMMS systems.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree is required in Engineering, Computer, Electronics, Mechanical, Power, or related fields.
KNOWLEDGE:
• IBM Maximo Knowledge is required.
• Process documentation, design and improvement.
• Understanding of the SCADA concept·
• Technical database knowledge and skills: SQL and/or Oracle database.
• Understanding of ETLs and systems integrations.
• Technical Manual writing and good business writing.
• Proven analytical and problem resolution skills with the ability to assess complex issues with limited information, applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft Azure is a plus.
EXPERIENCE:
• 2+ years’ relevant experience in IT/OT/Systems management.
Spent at minimum 1 year in the IT/OT or industrial systems implementation or maintenance environment.
