Mission

JOB PURPOSE: 

Facility Management Engineer all the Civil and Fire Protection daily work activities and operations along with all facilities maintenance activities in the LRT stations and buildings to enhance the smooth operations for buildings and ensure maintenance reliability.

Profile

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES 

Assist the Civil and Fire Protection Manager in daily operations to enhance the efficiency of LRT buildings and stations while ensuring maintenance reliability.

Develop, plan, and schedule civil facilities and fire protection maintenance activities and utilize the MMS to enhance maintenance effectiveness.

Develop and update documentation for activities including (plans, procedures, operating modes, reports, etc.).

Monitor and Supervise firefighting and fire alarm activities and performance to ensure proper completion of work.

Supervise the maintenance team operations according to the business needs and roster planning.

Diagnose reported faults as reported to set the proper maintenance and repair action plan.

Optimize the use of tools and spare parts to ensure an efficient maintenance process.

Assist the Civil and Fire Protection Manager with performance management and KPIs for staff members and subcontractors.

Ensure the availability of tools and spare parts in the warehouse to support maintenance operations.

Apply the proper checklist regulations to ensure the equipment availability and reliability as maintenance activities require.

Monitor and ensure the implementation of the housekeeping activities in LRT Bader Depot as required.

Generate the relevant statistical maintenance reports on a regular basis (daily – weekly – monthly).

Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations.

Perform on-site work, on-call services, and occasional night or weekend duties as necessary.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

QUALIFICATIONS:

BSc. In Civil or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

   KNOWLEDGE:

Knowledge of Fire Protection maintenance activities.

Knowledge in Civil and Facilities repair works.

Fluent English.

MS Office.

EXPERIENCE:

3-5 years’ experience in (civil, mechanical, and electrical) maintenance works with Firefighting and fire protection Systems experience.

Metro and/or train stations and depot civil experience is preferred.
