Compliance Officer Assistant
Mission
· Assist the Compliance officer in RDMC’s operations and business transactions comply with applicable national & international laws, regulations, and policies. (i.e.: SAPIN II).
· Ensure audit requirements are properly documented and stored in the shared database.
· Verify that all necessary compliance and audit documents have been obtained.
· Prepare and send weekly reports on compliance and audit documentation status.
· Support in proactive auditing of internal processes and risk assessments.
· Assist in coordinating compliance-related training and communication.
· Collaborate with internal teams to address compliance issues and follow up on corrective actions.
· Assist in proactively audit processes, procedures & on-going practices.
· Assist in external audit findings, ensure the actions taken to address findings are being conducted appropriately.
· Provide support for the enhanced due diligence process followed on risk assessment prior to account opening.
· Assist in overseeing all tasks & activities related to the conduction of internal control.
· Assist in Coordinating and scheduling required compliance training for employees.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
QUALIFICATIONS:
· BSc/BA in business administration.
· Superior skills in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, One Drive, Teams) as well as Microsoft Dynamics.
KNOWLEDGE:
· Internal control & auditing.
· Anti-corruption laws & regulations.
· Familiarity with industry practices & professional standards.
· Procurement field.
EXPERIENCE:
· 1-3 years of proven experience in the field of internal control or procurement within a multinational environment.
