Mission
JOB PURPOSE:
Manage all civil and fire protection daily work activities and facilities maintenance operations in LRT stations and buildings to enhance smooth operations and ensure maintenance reliability.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Operational Support & Team Management
• Assist the Civil and Fire Protection Manager in daily operations to enhance efficiency of LRT buildings and stations.
• Supervise the maintenance team operations according to business needs and roster planning.
• Assist with performance management and KPIs for staff members and subcontractors.
Planning & Maintenance Execution
• Develop, plan, and schedule civil facilities and fire protection maintenance activities.
• Utilize the Maintenance Management System (MMS) to enhance maintenance effectiveness.
• Diagnose reported faults and establish proper maintenance and repair action plans.
• Optimize the use of tools and spare parts to ensure efficient maintenance processes.
Monitoring & Quality Assurance
• Monitor and supervise firefighting and fire alarm activities to ensure proper completion of work.
• Apply checklists and regulations to ensure equipment availability and reliability.
• Ensure the implementation of housekeeping activities in LRT Bader Depot as required.
Documentation & Reporting
• Develop and update documentation for activities, including plans, procedures, operating modes, and reports.
• Generate relevant statistical maintenance reports regularly (daily, weekly, monthly).
Compliance & Safety
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.
• Perform on-site work, on-call services, and occasional night or weekend duties as required.

• Promote a positive safety culture within the workplace and attend any safety-related meetings or briefings as required within the job role.
• Comply with the requirements of RDMC RQHSE Policy and Safety Management System.
• Be mindful that Safety, Security, and Environmental protection are everyone’s responsibility.
• All staff members are accountable for reporting and intervening in any Safety, Security, or Environmental violations.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
QUALIFICATIONS:
• BSc. In Civil or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
KNOWLEDGE:
• Knowledge of Fire Protection maintenance activities.
• Knowledge in Civil and Facilities repair works.
• Fluent English.
• MS Office.
EXPERIENCE:
• 3-5 years’ experience in (civil, mechanical, and electrical) maintenance works with Firefighting and fire protection Systems experience.
• Metro and/or train stations and depot civil experience is preferred.
