Mission

JOB PURPOSE: 

Operate and support all civil and fire protection daily maintenance activities along with facilities in LRT stations and buildings to enhance smooth operations and ensure maintenance reliability.

Profile

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES 

Operational Support & Maintenance Execution

Assist Facilities Management Engineers with daily work activities to enhance efficiency and reliability of LRT buildings and stations maintenance.

Support technicians performing maintenance tasks on-site.

Operate according to business needs and roster planning.

Diagnose reported faults and execute maintenance and repair action plans under the guidance of Facility Management Engineers.

Attend pre-PTO processes with NAT and site inspections to gather project knowledge.

Monitoring & Quality Assurance

Monitor and report the performance of fire protection subcontractors to ensure tasks are completed properly.

Apply proper checklist regulations to ensure equipment availability and reliability during maintenance activities.

Monitor and ensure the implementation of housekeeping activities in LRT Bader Depot as required.

Resource Management

Optimize maintenance processes through proper utilization of tools and spare parts.

Handle spare parts scrap to be sent back to the warehouse.

Ensure the availability of tools and spare parts in the warehouse and report any shortages promptly.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare relevant statistical maintenance reports on a regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly).

Compliance & Safety

Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, following safety rules and permits as instructed.

Safety Responsibilities

Promote a positive safety culture within the workplace and attend any safety-related meetings or briefings as required within the job role.

Comply with the requirements of RDMC RQHSE Policy and Safety Management System.

Be mindful that Safety, Security, and Environmental protection are everyone’s responsibility. 

All staff members are accountable for reporting and intervening in any Safety, Security, or Environmental violations.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:

Diploma or Suitable relevant degree. 

Knowledge:

Strong acknowledgment in civil and facilities repairing works as assigned.

Experience:

0-3 years’ experience in construction civil works preferably in Metro/Railway stations and sites.
