Mission
We are offering an internship opportunity for a motivated Civil Engineering student to actively participate alongside our engineers in handover inspections of civil assets, including two new stations scheduled to open soon.
The intern will gain hands-on exposure to the handover phase of construction projects, with a strong focus on building and facility management activities. This internship aims to provide practical experience in reviewing, inspecting, and supporting the transition of civil works from construction to operation

Key Responsibilities
- Support engineers during handover inspections of civil assets
- Assist in identifying and documenting defects, snags, and outstanding works
- Participate in site visits for new stations prior to opening
- Help review technical documentation, drawings, and handover records
- Support coordination between construction, engineering, and facility management teams
- Contribute to reports related to asset condition and readiness for operation
Educational Background
- Enrolled in a Civil Engineering degree (or related field)
- Specialization or interest in Building and Facility Management is required
Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of civil construction and building systems
- Interest in asset handover, inspections, and facility management
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to conduct site visits and work on-site when required
