JOB PURPOSE: 

 Maintain and improve gardens and green areas at LRT Badr depot, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized landscape.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES 

Landscaping & Plant Care

• Perform landscaping and planting activities. 

• Maintain gardens, lawns, and green areas. 

• Trim, prune, and care for plants and trees. 

• Water plants according to seasonal needs. 

Ground Maintenance & Cleanliness

• Remove weeds, dead plant waste, leaves, and debris. 

• Keep all outdoor areas clean and hazard-free. 

Tools & Equipment Management

• Ensure tools are clean, functional, and stored properly. 

• Report any malfunction or need for replacement. 

Safety Responsibilities

• Promote a positive safety culture within the workplace and attend any safety-related meetings or briefings as required within the job role.

• Comply with the requirements of RDMC RQHSE Policy and Safety Management System.

• Be mindful that Safety, Security, and Environmental protection are everyone’s responsibility.

• All staff members are accountable for reporting and intervening in any Safety, Security, or Environmental violations.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Any educational level.

   KNOWLEDGE:

• Basic knowledge of gardening and landscaping works.

• Understanding of plant care and irrigation methods.

• Awareness of safety rules at work sites.

• Ability to use gardening tools safely.

   EXPERIENCE:

• 0-3 years of experience in gardening or landscaping work.
