JOB PURPOSE: 

The Junior Performance Analyst supports the Performance function by collecting, consolidating, and maintaining operational and performance data across RDMC activities. This role assists in the preparation of reports, dashboards, and KPI under the guidance of the Business Performance & Control Manager, Ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of performance data used to support management decision-making.

Profile

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES 

Performance Management Support

Collect, consolidate, and validate operational and performance data from relevant systems and departments across RDMC.

Maintain and update KPI logs, performance registers, and tracking sheets accurately and on schedule.

Assist in tracking KPI performance against targets, flagging variances and escalating them for review.

Support the update and maintenance of the company's KPI framework documentation, ensuring version control and consistency across departments.

Help coordinate data submission cycles with department focal points and subcontractors, following up on missing or delayed inputs.

Support the Performance function in gathering inputs for continuous improvement and corrective action initiatives.

Reporting & Dashboards

Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and periodic operational performance reports and summaries under the direction of the Manager.

Support the population and upkeep of dashboard data feeds, flagging data quality issues as they arise.

Help compile inputs for official periodic reports issued to top management, the client, and NAT/authorities, ensuring figures are accurate and traceable to source.

Format and prepare presentation-ready reporting outputs (charts, tables, summaries) for management review.

Maintain a reporting calendar/tracker to help ensure recurring reports and submissions are delivered on time.

Process & Documentation Support

Assist in maintaining process documentation, templates, and reporting formats used across the Performance function 

Support basic root cause data-gathering (e.g., compiling incident/variance records) for analysis led by senior team members.

Help maintain audit-readiness of performance records by keeping supporting evidence and data trails organized.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent field.

KNOWLEDGE:

Good working knowledge of Excel and basic data handling

Familiarity with data analysis or BI tools (e.g., SQL, QlikSense, Power BI) is an advantage

Willingness and ability to learn new software applications and data systems

Basic awareness of ISO 9001 Quality Management System principles

EXPERIENCE:

0-3 years of proven experience in data analysis and performance improvement activities.

Practical experience with statistical and numerical analysis techniques.
